I saw a infomercial on youtube on this product and I thought I'd try it. I purchased one jar, and of course while checking out, it is pushing you to get more. I thought I'd go ahead and order 3 more jars and just have it on hand. I've never had a bad experience with any type of prebiotic/probiotic. I became constipated the very first day. But I kept taking it, thinking it just takes time. After a week, I had to stop. I was crampy, bloating and uncomfortable. Upon stopping, all of the symptoms were gone within 24 hours. I contacted the company to let them know I was not happy with the product and did receive an email back asking me questions about my experience so they could "look further into my request". What part of "I don't like your product, did they not understand? The response should have been either, We're sorry, we don't offer refunds, or we can offer a refund, here's a free shipping label and upon return of the unopened product, we will issue you a refund." I answered their questions, and I'm waiting to hear back. I won't be utilizing this company for any type of product in the future. It's not even about the money. It's about the principal. When a customer doesn't like your product, you give them a refund without questions. They had my order number. They could have taken care of it, and chose not to. Instead, they want to make me jump through hoops until I give up.
I have ibs and my digestion is so much better, less bloat and far more energy in the morning. I still don't love the taste but it's getting better as i see results

I started this Morning Complete with great skepticism. I read everything on it and it said it may take awhile to start working. And I was worried about it tasting bad or like chemicals. Hah! I mean, the first day I took it, my stomach settled down immeduately. It stopped the burning, gnawing and bloated sensations on the very first day. My bowels moved like I was young again! O my gosh! I'm 65 and my bowels had all but stopped moving. Can you say leaky gutt? Aching joints and bones... from my intestines allowing waste product to leach out. Softeners and laxatives made me feel terrible. I may forget to do a few things here and there but you can bank that I don't forget to take this EVERY MORNING! I feel SO MUCH BETTER! I have a great BM every day now, the bloating and burning in my stomach has stopped! O, and I pass gas like a normal person! I haven't pooted in years! And it doesn't taste bad either! I am thrilled... if a had a nickle for every product that I tried and trashed, I could retire. Doesn't matter how good a product is if it tastes so bad you can't drink it. So again, I couldn't be happier! All the waste that's just been look packed in my intestines unable to escape. Bye bye stinky stuff! It's amazing how your outlook changes and how energized you feel when your gutt is healthy!

I struggle with low blood sugar and IBS. Since adding morning complete to my diet my IBS is pretty much gone. My hypoglycemia feels much more stable and overall I feel more energetic and healthy.

I got mine on sep 3 2022 and the jar was expired on May 26,2022. Emailed and have not heard back. Also it tastes awful.
