I purchased a guitar on Sunday with same day shipping. I realize that it would not ship over the weekend but Monday. Tuesday when I checked the status it said processing. I called the company (acousticcabin.com) and they told me that the price of the item had changed Monday and I would have to pay an extra $55 to receive my guitar. They said that they would not honor the price that was posted when I purchased. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told that none were available and they would call me back as soon as possible. That never happened. I tried calling back several time with the same results. Very bad customer service and business ethic.
