This is the shopping cart that I finally went with but it has its problems - I am using Ablecommerce software for my online business. I found its HTML output to be more standards compliant than its competitors. Ablecommerce has a issue with customer response time and I find that to be disadvantageous. I also find their implementation not that perfect from usability standpoint. However Ablecommerce in my opinion is reliable, secure and reputable than most of its other competitors. I just wish they had better customer service.

Over the past few years, we have completely changed our customer service model. With all purchases, we offer 1 year of free technical support. We answer our phones and provide timely responses for support questions and issues. Thanks for your nice comments about our shopping cart software! I truly hope that our new support changes have been satisfactory as well.
