This provider is misleading consumers and stealing their money.
I filled their questionnaire and accepted a one week trial period for 2€99. I paid through PayPal.
Before the end of the questionnaire, they proposed if I accept to pass directly to paid period, I refused. I supposed that I will do the one week trial period and than decide if I want to continue.
I than received a notification from PayPal.
They billed me twice
- the 2€99 for the trial period.
- a 24.01€ for a full paid week.
I noticed that the second amount was automatic.
Meaning that they will bill me each week that amount. I sent a complain to PayPal and to able consumer services.
That's completely out of sense.
I tried to get reimbursed. They refused, arguing that I accepted to change a trial period with a full paid period. I didn't even use their app and refused their T&Cs.
I did all of this in the hour following the response to the questionnaire. I refused their T&Cs and didn't use the app.
Following the European consumer protection and also the UK consumer protection regulations, I claimed the reimbursement.
After a number of emails exchanged with them, I still waiting for their feedback.
I put here my review and will send my complain to both European and UK consumer Protection entities.
I joined Able to shed some pounds, and the personalized plans were nice. The biggest negative for me was that sometimes the application would lag, and it would be a bit of a challenge to keep everything on track. The continued support from fitness coaches has just been great.
Traveling as I do, the flexibility in the workout plans that this platform provides is something I must say I have really appreciated.But this application was a little bit crashing when I attempted to log my meals.That was taken care of by the one-on-one meetings with the nutritionists, which kept me motivated.

Every parent out there striving to balance between family and health needs to look to Able.
While using Able, I ve enjoyed the personalized health and fitness advice, especially the tailored meal plans.But I ve experienced a couple of crashes during workouts. So 4 stars.

With their telehealth system, I have a regular consultation with the pain management coaches in seeking help for strategies to manage and reduce my pain. It's the personalized exercise routine tailored to my abilities and nutrition advice on eating anti-inflammatory foods that make all the difference. Thumbs up!
