I've had a Freestyle Lite meter for years. It's so old the date won't go past 2019. I tried to get an updated version free, but that didn't happen, so I bought a new one. I got a new computer and tried to install the Copilot software so I could download and print my readings, but as you can see in the image it failed. Probably would be useless anyways if I can't set the correct times. I tried finding info, but all links redirect to Libre 3 sites, so I found no help online. I called support and went through 3 reps. One had me on hold for over 19 minutes. The second one said there was no software for it and got really nasty with me when I told them there was and he should learn about the products he's suppose to answer questions for. After this battle getting support, it seems there is none. I will choose Accu-Chek and the G7 before I trust ANY products from Abbott from now on!
I bought an apple phone as a diabetic because I wanted to get access to Free Style Libre or Dexcom.
Abbott you are not keeping up with your updates for our phone to be able to scan your sensor. What a lousy thing to do to your customers. Yes, you sure care about our money but you do not care about your customers, Abbott! Now I am stressed and back to use the barbaric prickling device that does not provide me with the necessary data to keep controlling my diabetes. Way to go Abbott.
