Wow! Just got my first (preowned) Rolex today from A&E. I have been wanting a Rolex for decades and finally pulled the trigger. I did my research and finally selected A&E because of the reputation, pricing and customer service. I was not disappointed. Thanks A&E for helping to make my dream come true.

These are amazing folks who care about watches and their customers. I sent my Rolex Daytona to them as they offered to install a colored dial I had bought from them on-line. During the installation they discovered significant problems with my watch and owner Avi spent weeks searching his inventory for hard-to-find parts during his trips to Israel as well as in San Francisco. Tzipi, of A&E Repairs, kept me informed every step of the way of the repair department's superhuman efforts to restore my watch to like-new condition. The cost was beyond reasonable, as Avi donated many parts from their huge stock and they did not charge for labor at all. I got far more than a beautiful dial when my watch came back. They enjoy helping people, and I was in big trouble not knowing where to turn until they stepped up and offered to help, ultimately fixing my problems that came from "other" dealers. They're the best, and worthy of the trust we put in dealers and repair departments. Jerry

PHENOMENAL customer service from Inbar, and my never-worn, high ticket Rolex was pristine with factory tags and even sized for my wrist with the excess links carefully contained in the factory Rolex box. Their warranty is the best I have found anywhere,and I am already planning my next purchase! This Seller is EXCEPTIONAL in a day and age when customer service is nearly non -existent, and I cannot express how wonderful my purchase experience was! *COMMUNICATION was FREQUENT & ACCURATE, & price was extremely competitive!*

I wont lie, I was on edge the entire time about whether I made the right decision to order an expensive time piece on line. I was terrified that I would not receive the product I was expecting to get, or a fake. Inbar and the A & E Watch team were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Everything they wrote on their website was absolutely true - they really care about their customers and making sure they get what they pay for. I received my Rolex today and they fully delivered! I've combed over the entire watch and its flawless and I couldn't be any happier. I highly recommend them if you're in the market.

I was a little leary purchasing a Rolex on line. I did a lot of research and spoke with them prior to making my purchase. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. They put my mind at ease. I purchased a 2017 Rolex submariner blue face n two tone, ( the watch I have always wanted). The transaction was smooth and effortless. I would highly recommend this company. Having purchased rolex watches online in the past, I do a ton of research prior to dealing with a company.
After reading some neg. Reviews about A&E watches, I was sceptical, but decided to call them anyways. So happy I did.
From price to shipping, the company was amazing. Beautiful box, original manual, gift box, and a box of chocolates. The last rolex i bought online from different retailer sent cheap box, with photocopy pages of instruction manual.
Needless to say i couldn't be happier with the entire process. Neg reviews must be from their competition.
Since i am an honest reviewer and customer, I can't speak to the warranty side of things, but if this company treats business as they did on the front side, I don't expect anything less should i have an issues down the line.
Next rolex gift will be for my son graduating university. A&E has won my business thus far. Thank you for making a sceptical consumer into a confident one.

So far so good. I was impressed with the immediate phone call follow up. Your contact person was professional and delightful. Have received my order and discovered the bracelet was too tight so I called for assistance and was supplied with an extra link which arrived today 12/16. I had my jeweler add the link and the watch is fine. I am completely satisfied with my purchase and A & E's service and immediate response to my concern about my bracelet.I would recommend your company to everyone.
