I have used this site myself to learn many important things about senior health and youth fitness health issues as well as new research that's out there that is key to staying up to date with what is going on in the health realm. The site looks a little dated; however, it still offers great information, great blog posting, and overall is a great resource for anybody who is truly dedicated to expanding their knowledge on health and fitness. One last thing which is great about this website is that they have certifications to help you continue with your major personal training certifications that you may have.
