I run a small online business, and as of today, we do NOT accept pay pal payments. Our service is a monthly service, which means you end up being billed multiple months as long as you are using it. Well, apparently if you sign up with paypal, for my site you can just cancel payments via pay pal and keep using the site. Awful.

Sports medicine is something that has very many distinct areas of study. Its interesting that an orthopedic group decided to take this address and domain name, but there are other sports medicine organizations out there which have similar names. I feel the information they give on this website is valid for any fitness professional and may be useful for some people who only have a basic understanding of fitness, stretching and other things that are very important during exercise. The nice thing about this website is that they do a decent job of keeping it updated, even though the site itself looks a bit dated. It still serves its purpose and looks very professional, especially for a big organization like theirs. So if you ever need of good information on sports medicine, I'd check this out and maybe you’ll pick up a thing or two.

From the first time visiting this website you can clearly see that this personal trainer/massage therapist knows what he's doing. That made him also have a very big following. However, when it comes to technical things on the website, there are some downsides. Some of the pictures can take a while to download in the background which ends up slowing down the whole page from loading quickly. They do however look very nice and clearly a lot of thought was put into what picture would go with section of the website. Also you can't complain when you have such great free information available whether it be through YouTube videos or blogs. This trainer is based in New York City area, and might be a good choice for people in the area.

This is probably one of the leading websites statistics aggregators out there which does not install any code on your site. I use this as a beginning stage of research about my particular sites or competitor sites but I still take it with a grain of salt.

I've looked at how they aggregate the data and it's not as accurate as you would like. They have to make a lot of compromises on the quality of the data and sample size because they are not all knowing.

The fact that it is backed by Amazon both reassures me in knowing that the quality might be good but also scares me in that Amazon gets to know so much data about the entire Internet.

I’ve used this blogging platform but even though it is very easy to use, I don’t see the value in it. That’s because you’re locked into building your website on top of Google’s infrastructure which they can change at any point. Also for SEO purposes having your domain on Google does not really help you. So if this is your very very first blog okay go for it. But I would definitely recommend WordPress as it is equally as easy to use and also has more capabilities.

Are you interested in free information on exercise and videos that offer you great detail on how to do exercises? Are you searching for a site that offers books, DVDs another software information on health wellness that will benefit everybody? Then I suggest coming to this website. I have used this site to improve my own personal powerlifts as well as give information to many clients who are interested in how to do certain techniques. If you are not sure what a piece of equipment looks like, you have videos here that will make it understandable what you are using. The key is that this website offers videos whether they be five seconds or longer on a loop so anybody can understand what exactly that individual is doing because not only do you see what's going on, there are also written instructions below the video that explain how to maintain form and what not to do. The one main downside of this website is that it looks very dated so newcomers may be turned off by how old everything looks but yet again this is all free stuff that they are accessing so it’s a give-and-take.

  • American Academy of Health and Fitness

American Academy of Health and Fitness is a great website that offers many things that any personal trainer or health fitness specialist could use in their day-to-day work. I have used this site myself to learn many important things about senior health and youth fitness health issues as well as new research that's out there that is key to staying up to date with what is going on in the health realm. The site looks a little dated; however, it still offers great information, great blog posting, and overall is a great resource for anybody who is truly dedicated to expanding their knowledge on health and fitness. One last thing which is great about this website is that they have certifications to help you continue with your major personal training certifications that you may have.

For people who enjoy watching people playing games live, this is a great network to watch live video games or sporting events. People may ask why watching somebody else play video games is enjoyable. It has to be the right kind of video game for it to be entertaining to watch somebody else play the game. I believe it also has to do with how the video game is commentated. Especially for RTS's, if you think about watching a football game or baseball game, the strategy involved deals with how each player makes decisions. This main factor is why real time strategy (RTS) has a chance of becoming very popular if everything in the game is well balanced and there's enough people engaged with it. Which is why this is such a great thing.

If you're looking for a good way to schedule your LinkedIn, Twitter, and WordPress tasks then I highly suggest using this website. It not only conveniently lets you schedule tweets and updates for your many social networks but also you can have RSS feeds go directly to Hootsuite for you to check out and possibly integrate into the many other areas of your social media presence. I like that it offers you both free modes as well as more professional modes of using this website, so if you just need to access it’s basic capabilities you can do that for free, but if you need to integrate more complex things for a nominal fee, you can access those features.

  • Ivy Exec

5/16/13

Back in 2010 I used Ivy Exec to find my old position at Novell. Since then I moved to IBM, but now that I am back in job search mode I am using Ivy Exec again. I've had a number of interviews and I am hoping to get another job through their website soon. This service has worked for me!

  • GoToMeeting

5/13/13

First of, I'm really confused by Mai's comment. This company is part of Citrix which is a Nasdaq listed company http://www.citrixonline.com/collaboration/about_citrix_online So I don't see why the reviewer would give it such a review. Besides being a big company I haven't found it to be so evil. Maybe it's just me.

I've used GoToMeeting and GoToWebinar for so many calls and webinars already and overall it's a pretty solid software. It is a little bit clunky and it takes some time to get used to, but once you get a hang of it, it is much better. It's definitely one option for having larger meetings or webinars where you can invite up to 1,000 people for the webinar. However, because it is a recurring service you have to make sure that you are going to make use of it. There is no point in paying the really high price if you're not going to use it and get a return for your money. There are other competitors out there and I have tried some of them; however, they haven't been as robust and dependable as GoToMeeting.

  • Unbounce

5/9/13

This is a simple service that does landing pages pretty well. I have been very happy with their level of functionality for a very low price which is: free for most of the functionality. So if you need to whip up a quick landing page than this is definitely a place to go and while it may not be super robust and have all the other things a platform like WordPress has, it still gets the job done. Also it offers some level of tracking so it's pretty helpful when you're just getting started and want to have a landing page up. I read their guide about conversions and info marketing which was pretty good and comprehensive.

I have a love-hate relationship with this app. I got it because it integrates with LinkedIn, and it seemed to be the best app on the market. I used it quite a lot and it was working perfectly. But then I needed to update the iOS on my phone and it somehow messed up the whole configuration. So that now I can't even access the people I upload to it in the past. So while I am in love with the possibility of being able to store all your business cards on your phone, the functionality of this app past something to be desired.

  • Get Pocket

5/7/13

This is my default application on my phone to be able to download stuff for later reading. Having the browser button sync automatically with your phone gives you the possibility to read on the train. That definitely has been invaluable. I never really had any major issues with it, but I know that some people might have multiple accounts and the application doesn't make it super easy to make sure you can switch between the two accounts. It's pretty decent app and very simple to use.

  • Evernote

5/7/13

I know a lot of people love the desktop app, but I'm not one of the diehard fans. I'm more lukewarm fan. I'm slowly starting to integrate more of the things that I do into Evernote, but it seems a little overwhelming with all the things that you can do, so you don't know where to start. But I'm very impressed with the functionality that it has and my experience with it so far. I plan to use it more on different projects and personal stuff. The nice thing about it is that there is an ecosystem with so many people writing about it or providing guides on how to use it best, so that way you can actually make use of the tool in the best way possible.

  • LegalZoom

5/2/13

I used LegalZoom in the past and although it might be a little pricey with all the extra features you can add-on, they provide a good service and help you navigate legal issues if you're trying to incorporate or dealing with other legal issues by yourself. It's definitely much cheaper than hiring a lawyer and they actually have a service where you can consult with lawyers. I don't like how they try to upsell you constantly to some of their services. The idea of paying for the service every month for years I might not use too much just doesn't vibe well with me. But I guess for some, that's the cost of doing business.

The site itself is pretty easy to use and I haven't had any issues with it. I like the design and it is actually pretty easy to navigate and when I had to call in, the customer service rep was pretty good and helped me figure out what I needed to.

  • Crazy Egg

5/2/13

I've used CrazyEgg for a while now and I like that it actually provides you some meaningful information on your website. You can do a lot of good stuff with the data that you're given because it is a visual type of report. I like that you effectually see what viewers are seeing. I have paid for the paid version and it was fine. I eventually found out that I don't need it and I canceled it and there was no problem with getting the service stopped. So overall the site is pretty decent and the customer service interactions I had with them were okay as well.

  • Autre Planète

4/30/13

I am reviewing my experience with http://www.autreplanete.com/ap-social-media-image-maker/

It's a great tool for knowing exactly what size picture you need for what social network. I heard that it was developed by a marketing agency to get people to their site, but I don't mind as long as it's free. The tool is very simple to use and it's nice to have all the major social networks in one place.
