They were on top of it and helped out in a personal, patient way that has earned my repeat business (and the business of my family and friends)! The shirt was well made and exactly as ordered. I was really satisfied by the quality of the clothes I bought. At first I thought it would only be just like the other clothes sold by ordinary online shops online though when it arrived it really is similar to what is shown in the site. See for yourself, it's worth the wait.

I ordered the Trump 45 Jersey. It fits great and is great quality. I love wearing it in public. I get compliments from Patriots, and looks of shock from snowflakes. Just what I was aiming for. I'll be expanding my wardrobe through AAF, soon.
They sent the wrong shirt - so I didn't have a 4th of July shirt like planned. They took weeks to respond to e-mails. They finally responded but it was for a different customer but to my email. I am still waiting to see if they will fix the issue... maybe it will be resolved by the next 4th of July!

I like the straight to the point kind of service. The creativity in the products offered are in your face funny and slaps liberals to the face like its nobody's business. I just hope you would offer military discounts (for active duty and retired) and will have a feature or code for that when we order.

Great printing job on a quality t shirt, not a cheapo shirt like so many other companies print on. AAF takes pride in what they do and it really shows. I've ordered twice from AAF and I've never had a problem. Every time I had a question and messaged them through Facebook I got a response the same day. If I needed a tracking number because I lost the one I was given, they helped. I have never had better customer service anywhere else online or in person. I wish they could open actual stores! Horrible customer service. I ordered a swimsuit in early June for the 4th of July. After 14 days of being unsure where my package was I have gone rounds and rounds with "Lady Liberty" as they don't take phone calls and you can only reach them by email. I was notified that my package was on its way! However I was actually notified they had created a shipping label before they left for the holiday weekend so my package actually isn't on its way and I won't have it for the event I needed it for. Complete waste of time and money. Worst experience. Complete mockery of the American people and what we stand for. Way to serve a veteran on such an American holiday! Smh.

I ordered the Dont step on snek shirt, and its great! Customer service applied multiple knife hands to the supplier when the order took a little more than a week, and communicated with me the whole time. They were great. The quality and funny AF shirt is well worth the small wait I had. Kudos to AAFNation.

I ordered 3 sweatshirt for Christmas and they were a huge hit! My boys loved them! They sent me an email notification when my order shipped and I was able to track the progress, which was handy as I was cutting it close to Christmas. Thank you AAF! I will definitely be using you in the future!
Similar to the other 1 star reviews, ordered a shirt, the size ran small, contacted them to exchange. They said I could order another for a discount, which I didnt want to end up paying nearly $40 for a t shirt, so I said I'll just return the shirt. They then tell me they are an 'on demand custom print shop' and dont do returns - its not like I uploaded my personal logo, its the same damn shirt everyone else can order. Pitiful.
