"The way I see it, my order was placed on June 26th and today is July 12th.
That puts my order at 10-11 business days out and my order has not been shipped yet.
I have not received any updates at all about my order status.

No additional updates from my email 5 days ago to you either.
I have not experienced a more disappointing customer experience.

8/6/19 and still no product shipped, no reply.
8/9/19 messages from AAF to get my order number for them to check on it.
8/16/19 Still no reply, update or product.
8/21/19 Emailed support this week again and still no reply. MAKE IT RIGHT!
