I shop here all the time and love everything I buy. This last time I had one outfit that didn't fit right and they responded quickly telling me to donate the outfit and they will issue a full refund. You can't ask for any more than that.

Very happy with the care and support I received during a delivery issue. I put the address in wrong so the order was returned, and they gave me credit for the full amount of my order. Took a couple of days because it was over the weekend and it's the week before Christmas, but I'm very happy with the help and care I received. Susie B was very easy to work with. Easy to shop for family matching outfits for the whole family. Many prints and pattern and variety of styles to choose from. Quality of material is good and fit is true to size. I had an issue with some sock sizing and Jonalyn from Patpat customer service was very helpful and quick to resolve the issue. I was satisfied with the solution.

My package was sent to the incorrect address and I contacted PatPat and they were very helpful. They were able to resend my package with the same items and I didn't have to repay. It took around 5-6 hours to complete my redelivery and I am very happy with my experience.

The dresses did not fit me, I contacted the customer service, they answered me on the same day, Elaine was the person who spoke to me, she is very kind and solved my problem, she gave me several options. I bought my 2 year old a jacket in the size I usually order from this site. Upon opening I realized it was much to big for my daughter, I contacted customer service trying to exchange the jacket for a smaller size. I spoke with PAM who was delightful and resolved my issues within minutes. I'm currently awaiting her smaller size jacket. Thank you PAM for all your help it's appreciated!

I ordered a few 9-12 outfits while my baby was still 7-8 months. Now I'm wondering if the clothes will arrive on time for me to even use them, as baby turned 9 months a couple weeks ago, and they are still not here. Hope it arrives soon, or I'll have to return them. Size up on your clothes to give time for shipping

I had items to return for size. The process was smooth and Phoebe was able to help me through it. She offered a voucher for an item I was returning and to send the new size of two other items. When I asked about returning the items, they did not want me to have to pay additional shipping so she said to keep them or give them as a gift! That is great customer service. I like their products and now I also like their service! I will be shopping there again.

OMG! Where to begin. The prices are unbelievable and the quality of the clothing, shoes and house hold items are above and beyond what you would expect for the prices. It's as if I have my own little High End store and the secret for having all that I want for a small price! I recently had an experience where customer service was involved…. It was the nicest, most pleasant experience ever! Not only was I given a discount but they were so kind and allowed me to keep the clothing I had ordered. I have had a great experience with patpat. My items were delivered in less than two weeks. Though I was not sure what to expect, I took a chance in hopes that materials would be of great quality and I must say that I am please. Absolutely beautiful garments too.

Bit sceptical in the beginning to purchase from this website as never heard of before. The prices looked very reasonable and clothes were nice. The order was delivered within 10 days as I am based in UK. The quality and sizing of product was as described so very pleased.
