This software is very easy to use and is relatively intuitive by copying the clipboard to videos. I did not try the music downloader but the Netflix downloader allows you to download ANYTHING on the site, including interactive as well as live events, which netflix is starting to add far more of than before. I find it much easier to use than streamfab and it was my go-to alternative once anystream shutdown.

There are so many fake and poorly written programs that claim to do miracles, but I was changed from a doubter to a believer after installing Tune Pat. I love my music and I hated the fact that when I downloaded music, I could only play it on certain devices. With Tune Pat I can play my music on any device I choose. Yes, I am an older music enthusiast and have every type of player from Cassette, cd, mp3 and even usb. With tune pat I now am able to listen to my favorites without worrying about compatibility. In other words, I encourage any music lover to get this program and you won't regret it. (of course, you have to have a legal subscription to your favorite download site) but at least you can listen to it how and wherever you want. Thank you Tune pat! Job well done!

The trial product works, the website says full product is only $14.95/month, and so I paid. Then "Cheryl" says their "background system is being upgraded" and the monthly option is temporarily unavailable, I'll need to buy the *$129.95 lifetime* product. "Cheryl" offers a refund due to the misunderstanding but that offer, too, is fake, and I have to call my bank to initiate a chargeback.

I have purchased a licence for Tunepat Amazon File converter and yesterday it was working fine. Today, on opening the app I am stuck on a screen telling me that my browser isn't supported! I have no way of logging out and my email support query has not been acknowledged. Neither has the one I posted from the app itself. I have tried uninstall and re-install and even cleared the registry. But the software seems to be sloppy and spread across multiple directories and folders so cannot be fully uninstalled. Fine when it works, but rubbish when it doesn't.

I contacted TunePat the day the charge was made for the renewal of my 1 year subscription on 02/02/20/2022 and asked for and received a cancellation of the subscription. I was notified by email this cancellation was accepted. This was well before their stated 5 day cancellation period would have expired. They investigated further and did grant a refund. Software did work well and was very easy to use

The layout is also amazingly simple and useful. Most downloading apps make it really difficult to download and most of all check the download progress. TunePat has been doing this right for years and it had to be said. At any time you can see a complete list of what you're downloading, how long it takes to finish, and best of all for people with bad internet (a.k.a. Me) it shows the speed of the downloading per second. This is just really useful for peace of mind and I'm a big fan.

The final thing i'll mention (and probably my favourite thing) is the customisability. You can easily change the language on which TunePat has a huge library of languages. You can also adjust video quality, video format, subtitles, video codec, and video proxy. These options are amazing and really help.

I use the mac version of TunePat Tidal Media Downloader. It is quite nice to download music from Tidal with CD lossless quality. They provide nice customer support that they provide a guide for me to save all audios in CD lossless quality by setting output format to FLAC. Nice tool. Please keep working on it.
