Ordered from Contact Lens King in past and had no problems. Added a processing fee now which is very weak. Show total cost up front and say "dont charge processing fees like our competitors" and you will win every day. OptiContacts does the same thing and I will never buy from them. Total cost is what we care about on a commodity like this. Everything else is about price and expected service. Trying to be constructive here.

HI. I do sincerely apology for the delay in delivery from USPS. Upon review, I do see you spoke with our customer service supervisor via phone who kindly explained there was a delay with the carrier which unfortunately is out of our control. Per notes in your account, I see it was agreed upon that you would be reimbursed the difference from your expediated shipping and our standard rate. If you emailed customer service team over the weekend, please kindly note that we are not open on the weekends and Monday was a Holiday. We are responding to emails in the order they were received as quickly as we can. I apologize for the inconvenience. Upon tracking your order, USPS has updated their tracking and shows it is out for delivery today.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Contact Lens King and will never do business with them again. For years, they fulfilled my contact lens orders without issue, even with an expired prescription. Then suddenly, they refused to process my order, citing the same expired prescription they had ignored since 2022.

What made the situation worse was their complete lack of communication. Not once during those two years did they notify me that my prescription needed updating. This inconsistency left me scrambling to secure a new prescription when they abruptly denied my order. To make matters worse, customer service was dismissive, rude, and offered no solution to help me in this urgent situation.

Thankfully, I went to VisionWorks, where I received excellent service, a new prescription, and my contact lenses promptly. I cannot say the same for Contact Lens King. Their poor communication, inconsistent enforcement of policies, and horrible customer service made it clear that they do not value their customers.

I would strongly recommend avoiding this company. Save yourself the frustration and take your business to a more reliable provider like VisionWorks or other reputable optical retailers.

This website design is fantastic, it is so easy to navigate around, plus there's always a discount available whenever I place an order, so I really value the generosity of this store.
The delivery of my lenses was prompt and efficient. I placed an order for contacts on Friday and received them on Tuesday, which was impressive for standard shipping. Moreover, I have ordered three times so far and they delivered exactly what I had ordered without any issues or mashups.

Although prices from emails I receive are generally rather high, if I do a Google search for my contact brand, I can find lower prices through your same website that are overall quite reasonable. Shipping is always relatively fast, and without issues. Thank you!

Ordering was easy, but service fee was a surprise. Took time to comparison shop and Contact King was still cheapest.
Would have preferred boxes be labeled since I have different scripts for each eye.
Also think delivery should have been faster. Placed order on Saturday and received shipping notification the following Friday. UPS delivered on Wednesday despite paying for 2-day shipping.

We apologize it took a few to ship, unfortunately we did not have the product in stock for immediate shipment it did take a few days to receive in prior shipment.

Your prices are quite good, despite having increased substantially in a year. Nevertheless, please show the actual prices, including all your fees, which are really just additional profit, up front. Do not break out the fake processing fees, but include all in one price. It is much too hard to compare with other companies this way.

The lenses I received expire the same time as lenses I purchased well over a year ago. Granted it isn't till 2025 and I will use them, but something to consider if you don't wear your contacts all that often.

They were given false information from my Optometrist's office that my prescription was expired and contacted me immediately and we took care of it right then and my order was not delayed. And... they followed up with me to make sure I got my order and that everything was OK. Thank u Contact Lens King. Made my shopping experience and confidence in them. I feel like our relationship will be a long one.
