Although the item I wanted to purchase was listed as available it unfortunatley was a discontinued line. However the team provided me with a link to the latest model and agreed to price match with a cheaper site I found for that model. Overall I was very happy with the out come and the delivery time of the product.

A friendly, knowledgable local cycle shop

A friendly, knowledgable local cycle shop. Stocks quality gear and is part of the local cycling community with it's active cycling club. Great to have on our doorstep in the centre of town. I have bought a few items there and now had my bike fixed after a crash. Reasonable price and no unnecessary parts pushed my way. Just keen to get me back on the road and enjoying my cycling.

I am a relatively new customer with 700 but from the start, I have been impressed by their vast knowledge and range of goods they offer, their friendliness and assistance, and for the promptness of delivery.

The poor marks I have given on certain sections are because my order was lost in the post and never arrived - not the fault of 700. There wasn't an option to say N/A. I always think the real way to measure customer service is how they respond if something goes wrong. The 700 staff were extremely polite, helpful and apologetic. They tried to track my parcel were not able to. I had to wait for 28 days to allow for possible delivery but after that there was an immediate "no quibble" full refund. I would have re-ordered the product (cycling shoes) but for the fact that they were a Xmas present and I had to sort something else in the meantime.
