Do not use this site.the game play is so random. Thousands lost and yet not one cash out. Support can do literally nothing if they even exist. When complain same automated response. VIP status is a f___ing joke. If you want to waste money this is the site for it. You might get a win but take it from me you will loose it. The worst experience I've had on any betting site.

This site does not honour your deposit, and give you the run around when I made enquiries about my missing deposits. Staff are rude and does not want to help you at all. My deposits are still missing and I'm out of pocket.

I played a ton of money here because I love the game selection. They have every single game I enjoy, but dont believe for a second these guys dont turn the ODDS way down! I was verified during sign-up played for 3mos making numerous deposits totaling over 7k in solely BTC transfers, made about 5 or 6 withdraws in BTC (1.5-2K) had to re-verify account each time, Throttled, laggy, glitchy games after each withdrawal for at least a week then the site started constantly reloading while I'm mid-spin and NOW wants me to verify I'm not a robot each time it happens. While I was in the chat discussing things with Crystal, she notified me that my acct was deactivated. They confiscated the deposit I was playing and I was logged out while still in the useless chat. She and Tonny said I'm in a restricted Country and that was the only reason given, I have tons of screen shots. Bonus rounds and awards withheld along with the usd-btc discrepancy and rounds taking more than bet placed while rtc was laughable. Can't say about other reviews but for me, in general an excellent casino. Good layout. Easy to navigate. Many many games. Nice people and very helpful. Just wish they have more promotions like TrustDice and BitFury!

After waiting for a week long to receive over 2000$ 7 bit closed my account because they couldn't find a single reason to say I violated terms of service or agreement! They told me that my winning needed to be verified by a gaming provider after winning over 2000$ and then they refused to process my cash out! I want my account restored and I want my winnings paid immediately!

Worst online casino I've played. They are obviously all questionable but this one is the absolute worst. Ever without accepting any rewards, they will force you to play a roll-over. The roll-over is so high that it's 3x your original amount. If you get in the green, it gives them time to do god knows what. All these back-door limitations are just highly sketchy ways to get you to play more and blackjack or any of game seems just too predictable. Go to Vegas probably 4-5 times and year and no complaints. Don't play here and save your money.

Customer service exists and replies fast, but it is very clear that they don't know what they are doing most of the time.
You can easily deposit, but withdrawing your money is a challenge. I had to go back and forth with them initially for several days, and it happens all the time with withdrawals. Fiat to Fiat, Crypto to Crypto.

You can deposit instantly and as much as you want, however you want. But then if you withdraw too much - suddenly they want documentation that you've previously provided - on a holiday weekend no less. If I was really the random account being reviewed that day, I should have been notified hours before I had sent so many deposits and then just wanted to take my meagre $100 out. Customer service was useless. I also found out through AGCO that the way in which I made deposits is illegal, but that never flagged my account. This site needs to be shut down - yesterda.

I never had any problems they were instant deposits and withdraws using crypto like they claim. Now I try to withdraw $1,900 using Litecoin and they want me to send in documents, ID, etc. I specifically play at no Kyc casinos with crypto because i don't want them having my personal info on file for a hacker to easily get. Another issue i had was the roulette table showed a $240 win, it showed in my account for 5 seconds, then disappeared. The game still shows as a win, the wallet shows it as a $80 loss.
Again no word from support.
