No call back no phone call at all as systems were down but I was never told this! Second time I've had a bad time with them now

Utterly disappointing! Waited at least 40 mins last night, had to phone them twice. Will not use them again. Rude, and literally lied to me about waiting time of 15 mins. Never answer the phone! Terrible
One word terrible. Avoid at all costs. Never turn up on time and delayed. Zero customer service. To management team: learn to offer customer service and run a proper service or don't bother.
Lady on the phone very rude, never using service again. Very awkward customer service and not very friendly.
Took my booking at 4.20 booked taxi for 5pm all confirmed now an hour wait and no answer on the phones!
After being let down by another taxi firm to pick up my 17yrs old daughter and friends, I called Sussex Cars to see if they could assist. They kindly said they could provide a car in 30 mins. This was at 0020hrs.
I had to pre pay £28 and a further £2 booking fee for the priviledge.
At 0200hrs they managed to get my cold and weary daughter home.
The distance was Eastbourne to the $#*!er - A 15 mins journey - MAX.
They gave me a host of excuses for their EPIC FAILURE.
A taxi logged off and they did not know he had gone home. No call back to let us know.
Car was on the way and had been for 10 mins - 50 mins later...
They could not see where the car was as it was out of area so it had to be close...
They then told me they could see the car so knew it was close...
There seems to be a culture at Sussex Cars to mislead. They simply don't value your custom.
I should have known better to call Sussex again as they did the same to another one of my daughters 4 years ago.
Wont make that mistake again. No wonder Uber is so popular
