Kadin was so patient and walked me through everything as many times as I needed. When I would get frustrated with myself she was alway so kind and calmed me right down. She is excellent and deserves 10 stars in my opinion
I was told by the agent that I would NOT be charged the $49.00 subscription and I was charged anyway! I want my refund now!

Joshua c did everything he could to help me and everything turned out right I have been double charged for the month of August he helped me with that and also when I was trying to get in contact with Spotify I accidentally paid another payment when I thought they were just asking me information he helped me with that also it was just a joy to do something over the phone with someone and they're so polite and proper informative all of that was good he gets 10 Stars he was very nice and very professional with me and I appreciate that it doesn't always turn out like that when you're speaking to people on the phone so I wish him a great day thank you Joshua c you've made my day blessings and peace
