I signed up for a trial for 50 cents. After going through a few pages of upsells, I clicked a big green button by mistake that said, "skip trial and subscribe today." I clicked that by mistake and nearly instantly realized my error. There was a little tiny link underneath that said, "no thanks. Just give me my trial," which was what I actually wanted. Within 3 minutes I requested a refund. The company sent me long emails explaining their whole policy. Ok, but I made a mistake in what I clicked. There is no way I intended to go from 50 cents to $129. Oh, and they kept my money on Christmas Eve. That's when all this happened.

No review to give! Rip off! Product doesn't work and overcharge by double there advertised price! Now on the phone cancelling the auto debit! Grrr
They offer a 30-day money back guarantee but refuse to honor it. The app itself is impossible to use. A complete waste of money.
Tip for consumers:
They refuse to honor their 30-day money back guarantee.

None, they are selling an app that is completely worthless.
FRAUD. NEVER AUTHROIZED... Charging my credit card $30/month... never signed up. Took 3 months to get it reversed and lots of time on phone! They do this on purpose since most people don't have time to chance down and get it removed until months later... and at that point, they have already stolen a few hundred of dollars!
Tip for consumers:
FRUAD.. Never got anything!!

A complete scam
A complete scam. Clearly getting subscribers through other apps and charging subscriptions through customers mistakenly clicking on link. They will deny a refund because of some purchase agreement which is never displayed or emailed. There is no confirmation of purchase or information sent about your "subscription".
Tip for consumers:
Don't click on this on any 3rd party app. They are using the 3rd party app to charge and then deny refund.

Never purchased. I mistakenly clicked on an advertisement in another app
They used my husband's PayPal account for a free trial and refused to refund when he told them he received nothing from it.
The log in screen is a sham. The forgot my password screen is a sham. If you attempt to "start now" it takes you to the survey, and then the purchase plan page and tells you that you can manage your account at 4homefitness.com. Yep. Try typing that in the search bar and I just get looped back to the purchase plan page. 100% money back guarantee if I can prove that I followed their plan. How can I follow the plan if I can't even logon? Also, 4 weeks to lose 74lbs... yep, I'm a sucker! I had to go through paypal to get a customer support e-mail. Apparently I signed up over 3 months ago, too!
These people are charging my credit card without consent! This is fraud and they have no website for me to call!
I made the mistake of clicking on the link advertising this Muscle Booster app in Instagram as $9 for this app which is supposed to tailor a 30-day workout plan to meet a specific muscle gaining goal. I wish I took a screenshot of the terms and conditions because I was made to believe it was a one-time purchase. Once installed, it became obvious that the app was useless. Regardless of your body-type or the parameters you set, it specifies the exact same workout routine! Worse, the app just shows you a graphic of someone doing the exercises and then starts a timer to follow. That is the entire extent of it. Needless to say this is useless and does not provide results.
The real scam though - is that a month later my bank called me to tell me they suspected fraud when this company took $29.84 from my account. Since it was unauthorized I had to file a claim with my bank. The bank then needed to freeze that account and close my debit card and all this while I was out of town! I now have to wait 7-10 days for a new card and have no access to my money.
Officially cancelling the subscription and finding a link to customer service through this app was impossible so I had to get to a computer to send a message in. The response from this company was ridiculous. They tried to gaslight me and said I agreed to these terms when I registered and they actually sent me a fake screenshot of the Terms of Agreement which I supposedly agreed to. But the terms were all in Euros and being in the US, I never buy anything in Euros! They tried to say, with this screenshot as evidence, that I agreed to the 300% increase from €9 to €29! (what about the fact that €29 is more than $29?) This was such an obvious case of fraud I reported it to the Better Business Bureau.
MuscleBooster, a. K. a., 4homefitness is a bait and switch scam. STAY AWAY!

I was being charged on my account for 3months to an unmanned account. I never signed up for anything and don't know how they got my information. $80 down the drain... TO: 4Home Fitness WHATEVER YOU DO WITH THE MONEY, MAKE CHRIST LOOK GOOD BECAUSE HE'S WATCHING YOU!
Totally useless as no product is delivered seems to be posing as another app. When trying to upload program there was nothing there,
I have been receiving up to 10 calls a day for close to a year from people thinking my company is connected to these scammers. My company is Fitness 4 Home Superstore, and our website is fitness4home.com. They use 4homefitness in their credit card statement descriptor and have a forwarding website of the same name.
People think we are them. WE ARE NOT. We have nothing to do with them. They are a scam and purposely deceiving people. They are not even located in the US. Their primary website is muscle-booster.iu
I have tried contacting the FTC, the AG, and the BBB; you name it. No one will help get these scammers stopped. If anyone has a suggestion on how to shut these scammers down, please get in touch with me at *******@myfitness4home.com
