I purchased a Canon lens on July 18,2010 with two day shipping. I contacted customer service on July 22,2010 because the item had not been delivered. First customer service could not find my order number. Then they had to re-boot their system. Then they could still not find the order number. Then the placed me on hold. Then they found the order, but said it had not been shipped. Then they told me they did not have the item in stock after wasting 20 minutes on the phone. I have purchased online for a very long time. This is by far the worst experience I have run into. I will NEVER attempt to do business with this firm again and would recommend that you do not either.

Some good with some less good - this comapny offers competitive pricing and pretty decent customer service. I have made repeat orders from them and was for the majority satisfied, except when i ordered a set of 55mm macro lenses and they sent me 52mm macro lenses, so after i repacked it i took it to the postal office and paid for a return shpping of the product, several weeks later my replacement came, this time the lenses were the right size but one of the lenses was defective and i noticed immediatly and contacted them giving them the nitty gritty and was not contacted back. I have made a few attempts to resolve this issue but to no avail.so when all is said and done, if your looking to save some cash and shop with these guys make sure to check your basket twice and be sure to order the correct product.
