I have bought a great deal of stuff from this website and it's clearly buyer beware. I've never bought watches or jewelry, so I can't comment on the quality of this generic stuff. Generally, however, their branded items are what they claim, and offered at a good price. I've always found their refurb stuff to be labeled as such. But, I believe their slow delivery policy is deliberate and unfair. They take your money the day you place your order, then usually wait at least ten days to send the stuff out. This is called "float" and gives them a cash flow advantage. They may not even confirm an order with a supplier until after they see how many buyers they have. I wouldn't be surprised if they also pay their suppliers slowly. Lots of opportunities for fraud when you owe so many people so much money and merchandise.

I used to love this site, until they made some major changes. Now with the few things I have ordered after the change, it is very slow, and when I message to find out why so slow the response is very condescending. I have not ordered from them in quite some time now, but would like to again.

This is a great site if you already know the product you are buying. For instance, sometimes they sell Venus razors at rediculously low prices and I love it. Other times I order a brand I never heard of and then feel so ripped off because of how low quality it is. This website can be great, but only order if you already know what the product looks like in person.

I ordered a blu-ray player this past November around Thanksgiving time. It did take about three weeks to arrive. When it arrived, it came in its original box only. It wasn't carefully packaged inside another box with any kind of stuffing to protect it, it came like I just took it off the shelf in a store! I thought perhaps my kids opened the package before I got home from work... but no... anyways, I lucked out and so far the player works. Would I order again from this site? Not so sure... things could go either way when ordering from here... also make sure you understand that many items tend to be refurbished so read the description carefully

They sent my product which was nice but well out of the 3 week shipping policy. I'd payed 5 dollars shipping for a small jewelry box and I don't see why they couldn't give standard shipping. The product itself was good, but definetely a new shipping policy!
