As I have already said this is not as it was described on your advert on Facebook. The term used to describe what I was buying was (Premium Canvas) Not MDF frame with Polycotton. If that was what your advert said I certainly would not have bothered ad you can buy that cheap fake canvas from Groupon for about £8:99. I am not happy with your product and again I am asking for my money back. It is not right to con people like this. I have just read some of your 1-star reviews, I think you need to listen to your customers. Forget the thousands of happy customers you say you have and concentrate on the people who are not happy. Remember they are the people who keep you in business. Your replies to the honest opinions that everyone is entitled to. Seems a bit aggressive. I await my refund. Many thanks

7 out of 10 I ordered were perfect 1 blurry and 2 got lost in the mail. Customer service was very accommodating and I'm waiting for a reissue.

I ordered two customized canvas for my friends as their birthday presents. I wasn't expecting much because I bought it at their promotion rate but It was the exact quality of the photo I have uploaded to their database. It was delivered withing 2 weeks like they promised.
What an amazing company, called up with an issue regarding one of my prints they where quick to resolve the issue and send out replacement. Great customer service and fantastic quality and price can not be beaten. All my future business will be with them and i would recommend them to anyone.

My canvas prints have arrived today, 2 small and 1 large. Not sure why they have arrived as separate deliveries but hey there here. Ordered on 5th march so just under two weeks which i didn't think was bad. I did notice they offer a express service but i wasn't in any rush.
Print quality is great, for the money i really can't complain.
Ordered a set of floties for my girlfriends birthday present, she has a new flat and bare walls so i hope she appreciates this more than the perfume i was going to get her. I have to say there really great, ordered and arrived in about a week so no issues there. She now has five pictures of me to look at on lonely nights.
