Order item over 3 weeks ago and still not arrived contact my picture customer service to get refund but was told due to Article ยง312, Section 2, Nr. 1 of the German Civil Code, the buyer has no right of revocation or any other claims for compensation due to delayed deliveries. I will never use this company again and would not recommend them to anyone
What an amazing company, called up with an issue regarding one of my prints they where quick to resolve the issue and send out replacement. Great customer service and fantastic quality and price can not be beaten. All my future business will be with them and i would recommend them to anyone.
