Why should y'all charge somebody to subscribe the 6 months to a year to keep their stuff on file and they bought the camera all it shows where they can download the stuff to the phone themself y'all stopping me from seeing who's out there in my yard it could be a robber or a killer in my yard I wouldn't know because y'all stop me from seeing it I don't think it's right the way y'all doing the camera and I'm not satisfied with it I was to start with but I'm not now

Don't like this item very bad now they want to charge for cloud service which was free for 7 days. You can't see any videos now that's been recorded.
When I bought my camera it was subscription free. Now all of a sudden they want £30 a year so I can look at the camera recordings. What a rip off.
