I feel it is important to share my recent experience with 1BoxOffice to highlight the need for fair and professional practices in the workplace.

Despite repeatedly requesting company policies, rules, and regulations, they were never provided during my employment.
After resigning on 18th November 2024, I was relieved immediately the next day without any prior discussion, notice period, or meeting to clarify my resignation terms.
Follow-up emails and WhatsApp messages regarding my final settlement and 2-month notice period compensation have gone unanswered.
I have attached reference emails and messages below as proof of my efforts to communicate and resolve this professionally.

Ignoring employee concerns and cutting off communication is unacceptable. Every employee deserves:

Clear policies and expectations from day one.
Transparent handling of resignations, notice periods, and settlements.
Respectful and open communication channels during and after employment.

I bought tickets to Real Madrid, and noticed right away something was off. The ticket location was not made available until after the purchase. I immediately requested to cancel the transaction before ticket delivery, and was refused quite rudly. They delivered tickets in the worst place in the stadium and not even next to eachother. I had to open a dispute with the credit card company and wasted considerable time on this. Total scam artists.

I used this site after being burnt by another online website selling football tickets. I was presently surprised by the location of seats we received by 1boxoffice. The seats were 2 rows behind Van Gaal and being a crazy UTD fanatic this was a dream come true. Thanks 1Boxoffice for an amazing experience will definitely be using your services again

Be careful these shady scammers. They took the tickets for the Juventus - Fiorentina match without refunding me. I suffered a real scam. They are dishonest and unreliable

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. This team is incompetent, their scheme is built on up-front charges and minimal or non-existent follow through. They bill themselves as professional, but they will likely be shut down as people realize what a scam this is. After guaranteeing (paid) entry to a Paris Fashion Week event, we were denied entry at the door, and neither "escorted inside" nor "provided with seats" as our paid agreement had guaranteed. We have reported all activities to the PFW federation and other relevant parties.
