Had signed up with them and they are not cheap but had my account rep heidi who worked and worked hard and got my account working well, she left the company before my time was up, they put someone else in charge who never had a answer to my questions always had to get back to me, just seemed like i was a file thrown on his desk, when my origional acct rep was in charge she had a reply for every question, with my new acct rep, he did not know what passwords were used on the account by 180fusion, we had to go direct to google and ask them in a joint call. I enjoyed the first 4 months but the last two were just not good, as the new rep did not know me nor my business, and it seemed that we were going to start from the begining. I'm not sure how my experience was so different from 5 star reviews I see and really question authenticity. The changes to my website and the PPC package were not worth anywhere near the 5k that I paid. The PPC actually got worse after they took over and I could never get answers about what was actually done. I suspect that they farm out the "big changes" to underpaid staff somewhere else. I was counting down the days until the contract was over. Responses were lukewarm at best and completely opposite to what the sales pitch offered. I would definitely recommend allocating your hard earned marketing money elsewhere. We have revamped my website already and paused the PPC account that they managed and are getting better results since.
