The flowers I ordered came on time and were just gorgeous! Very fresh and beautiful! Using this company already for a second time and so happy with everything!
Flowers were delivered to my home today. While I understand that flower availability vary by location, my choice specifically states blue flowers (for sympathy per the description), that was an intentional choice on my part, and this bouquet had only white. It also stated it has 6 different flowers plus greenery, the delivered bouquet had 5 and ONE stem of green. Pictures included show my $100 sympathy bouquet received and what I ordered. I have to say that 1-800-FLOWERS services continue to disappoint.

What was delivered was not as advertised. I was eagerly awaiting the blooms to come forth trying to guess the color. Then when they did open the smell was wonderful but the flowers were nothing to look at, all sparse and droopy. Flowers all Kadywompus not knowing which way was up. They might win the ugliest flowers award. The photo on the left was what I got vs the photo on the right what was represented as an example of what was to be delivered. The smell was lovely Period. Can't stand to look at them. Hope they backup their satisfaction guarantee. 100% satisfaction guaranteed.
I ordered flowers for a family members funeral service and was very disappointed in the delivered arrangement. It was didn't look like the arrangement posted from the website.
This actually was not the first time I ordered from 1-800-flowers but, thought I'd give it another go.
Needless to say, I don't think I will be placing another order with this establishment.
This is all I have in terms of my purchase. I actually would not have taken pictures of the flowers at the funeral service as that would have been very disrespectful

The FEDEX person that delivered to my moms house did not ring the doorbell so the flowers sat on her doorstep for hours. By the time she noticed something at her door the flowers were wilted. I asked for a Saturday delivery because my mom doesn't work that day and the inevitable happened. She said they were pretty but some did not make it through the next day.
I understand that I had these delivered just before Mother's Day but there is no excuse for the poor quality of these flowers. I specifically ordered this bouquet because I had sent one to my grandmother several months back. She literally continues to rave about the quality and beauty of this bouquet. The ones that were sent to my mother on Mother's day were far below my expectation of what I was ordering. Truly disappointed.
I sent the arrangement to a friend as a thank and there was no card, so he had to guess who it was from. Not a very nice surprise.
I don't think this company care about what the product looks like when it arrives to it's destination/ recipient. For this reason, I will shop around and maybe just end up going into a store front and purchase them that way. Nothing personal.
I have always used 1800 flowers and their partners, customer service has gone down hill and they are using people that do not speak English well to answer the phones. Very hard to get your questions across and the matter resolved. Hopefully they will be working on this. I would appreciate it:-)
Great job on getting the package there ontime. However, there were a few roses that had alot of brown aging and several of the sunflowers too. Also even though the flowers were cared for properly, the flowers looked pretty browned within 2 days. That should not have happened that quickly. Think i will just look up local florists from now on.
Two of the three arrangements sent have been received. The third one is scheduled for next week. I received pictures from recipient, and although satisfactory, not as pretty as portrayed in online catalog. Very few roses on the miniature rose plants, and the dendrobium had only one stem of blossoms. :(

I received a refund on order #2. I didn't receive any refund on the incorrect order #1 sent. It was stressful and time-consuming but the initial customer service people (when I could get them) were courteous. Improved communication and accessibility would go a LONG way to customer satisfaction! The internet chat line disconnected from me! Twice. And didn't call me back. I received a recorded message they were "closed". Not possible, 1-800-Flowers is open 24-7. What was I supposed to think? That the company was eager to give me a refund? It seemed I had been blacklisted. I couldn't get through via email. All I needed was 5 minutes and refund confirmation and I would have never written this review.

Do yourself a huge favor and don't deal with this company. I don't believe 1-800-Flowers is completely incompetent as it appears; it is the opposite: they are "pretending we don't know what we doing" in order to take and keep your money. It is built into their system to take your money, send whatever they want instead of what you ordered, keep your money, and then pretend they are helping you but nothing happens. If you are not already on blood pressure medicine, you will be soon.
I'm serious, this isn't a joke: this is literally the worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Whatever you are imagining, it is worse. I was in a loop with a computerized chat that said "We have a 100% guarantee. We are here to help you!" The loop just kept going. Then a live agent hung up on me twice. I am polite, civil, and generally pretty forgiving and put up with a lot. I just want them to resolve the issue, that's it; I don't want to yell at anyone (and didn't). This is a huge corporation which is set up with people who want to keep their jobs, not help you. Recall the scene with the insurance company in "The Incredibles". This is it.
I placed an order on line. 1-800-Flowers didn't send what I ordered, they sent something completely different without my input. I paid for the bouquet; I am the only one who should make a decision about a substitution. The message was actually potentially offensive to the recipient who had lost her husband. Thankfully she took it in good humor. I telephoned, I didn't get any kind of a refund on the 1st order (I would be happy with a partial, I actually don't want to cheat anyone, they did send something). Dec. 4 called: I have another order going out on Dec. 15. Will I get what I ordered? No. We're going to send something different. And they were going to charge me an additional $20 for an order I didn't want. I just cancelled the order. I still don't have a cancellation email on Dec. 5 and the order is still showing on my on-line account. I went on the chat and cannot receive confirmation. I was hung up on by 2 agents. I still don't have confirmation. At 3pm Dec. 6 I telephoned to speak with a representative, the automated service won't assist me, the computer keeps hanging up on me.
Tell me thievery isn't built into the system? All I want to do is cancel an order! I'm not even asking for a partial refund on the first botched order. I attempted cancelling the 2nd order (10 days from now, it hasn't been sent yet) with their automated computer, and I received the message "I cannot cancel your order. Good Bye."
1-800 Flowers if you are out there, please cancel order # *******/ W*******6304 and send me a confirmation email along with a credit of (69.15) for the 2nd order not yet sent. I already paid $57.93 for the first order although it is not what I ordered. Cancellation of the 2nd order is all I want at this point. If I had been able to get ANYONE to assist me in the past two hours I have spent on this - computer, real person, chat - I would not have written this review. I don't want to be unkind to anyone. I want to cut my losses and move on with my life. I don't need this negative energy when I am dealing with the loss of two friends.
I never tell anyone not to deal with a company, I just describe my experience, and they can decide for themselves. But, seriously, save yourself the nightmare. MAYBE you will get what you ordered for the price you ordered and get an item which matches the description - but if you don't, 1-800-Flowers will not make it right. Don't give your credit card to this company. If you use PayPal change the log in after you use it. I'm completely serious. One of the 1-800-Flowers recordings even played on Covid: "We're in this together". Tasteless. Reassuring you they are helping you while they do anything but. That is their M. O. in a nutshell.

The flowers were delivered to the wrong place when I placed my first order. However, I ordered from them once again and everything was fine and the delivery was smooth and fast enough. The bouquet was fantastic and worth its money.
After having to redeliver the order, the order did not look like the picture. It appeared that the local florist took the cheap route in making the arrangement and kept out a lot of the additional flowers in the arrangement.
Disappointing
Arrangement only OK. Not artfully put together and some of the flowers were already "tired" when they arrived. Maybe because of high volume secondary to the holiday?
I ordered the 'large' arrangement, which looked impressive online. However, when it was delivered to the intended recipient, it was small (about the height of a wine bottle) and was very underwhelming. It certainly was not an $80 arrangement. The flowers were nice, but it looked like the small version of what I ordered
I liked the service provided and the flower arrived when it was schedule. I would improve the options after your selection, for example if I want the vase or not. Moreover the my text was incorrect and words were missing, I was expecting more for the price of the service.
Arrangement was pretty and my sister enjoyed it. I thought the picture from which I ordered it seemed fuller and had more color. It did look very Christmas like.
$140 for two bouquets of flowers without vases. Sure they were pretty, just not worth the price. The only reason I used them was because I received a gift card. I will not be purchasing from them again.

The flowers arrived on time. However, the arrangement did not look anything like the picture. For the price, I definitely expected more.
The ease of ordering and delivering were wonderful. Unfortunately the flowers that were delivered never opened, they just died.
The shopping experience through the 1-800-Flowers site was very convenient and easy to navigate. A couple notes to make this a 5-star experience:
1) Explicitly show or mention what currency you will be charging the amount in. I was directing the order to be placed at a Canadian flower shop and the site made no mention of the currency I would be charged in. Turns out it was USD. This wouldn't be a problem if I knew upfront.
2) I had the flowers delivered to a venue that I was not going to be in attendance at. Ideally, the person delivering the flowers could snap a quick picture of the flowers on delivery and send it to the email attached to my ordering profile. This way I would know that the flowers were delivered to where they needed to be on time and as expected.
Just O. K. Not real fresh & sweet. Order arrived on time however and they looked very good. Three stars was the best I can give it.
Some of the flowers are not fresh no more when they receive it and it not disame like in the photo...
