I recently was diagnosed with sleep apnea and found that most suppliers (locally and on the internet) would have to wait-list an order for a ResMed AirSense 11 machine. However, I found that the 1800CPAP.COM Company had a few refurbished machines available immediately, so I ordered one. In less than a week I received and set-up the machine. Everything went very smoothly. I am thankfully amazed at how quiet this system is!
The best webbing I have had. I have bought webbing from Amazon and many other places. These are beyon an doubt the best. They last much longer. Just need to wash them once weekly. These survived being washed the best also.

The delivery was overly complicated. I was out of the country, and it was bungled by the FedEx, who panicked me by telling me if I did not contact them within a few days the shipment would be returned. All in all, the delivery experience was brutal.If they had double checked their number, they would have saved me a panicked evening trying to scramble for friends to contact FedEx when they wouldn't pick up the phone. Ended up emailing them, and it was just the worst, had to talk to the supervisor.

I appreciated the ease of ordering. My mask was shipped quickly and fit like a dream.
The price is in US dollars and that is not made clear and is not converted at the cashier so I assumed it was going to cost what the total said. (About $135) Instead, it was converted by my credit card so cost more like $175. Then at delivery they needed to collect $6 GST which has never ever happened before for any of my 100's of deliveries from various sites. The delivery company then charged me $10 just to collect the $6 GST so my $135 purchase actually cost me about $190.

In some cases, people that purchase products from us can submit a claim to their insurance for reimbursement on their own behalf however we cannot bill Medicare or private insurance. Hope this helps.
