Knowing that I was going to have a problem getting my doctor to write a prescription out of their network of super expensive Apnia providers, I called 1800cpap.com's customer service. They told me what I needed my prescription to say prior to my visit. My doctor gave me ha hard time, but eventually wrote an electronic only version of the prescription that he thought would only work at the in-house clinic. Fortunately I got the assistant to give a paper version as I left. 1800CPAP.com was able to fill my prescription from the paper copy, probably saving me hundreds.

The elbow is leaking air and her explanation was that it is to exhale, the elbow is under constant pressure and there is no way for the exhale to get mixed with the incoming air under pressure

I have a resmed s9 and there are much newer models out now, I was worried I would order the wrong parts, I emailed support and they responded in less then 24 hours helped me make a list of what I needed AND gave me a %15 off discount code.
