Don't let the bad reviews get to you! I'm VERY happy with Zulily and Bless the day that I found them! People seem to forget that this company is in Washington State and if you live on the East coast ~ it CAN take a long time for delivery and then I've ordered some things and rec'd them within a week... go figure! LOVE my Zulily! Customer Service has ALWAYS been very helpful to me and for me, bending over backwards to make sure that I'm happy; i. E., returns... YES, they do accept returns, just contact them and they'll make sure that you get the right information to return an item and receive a CREDIT!

The site is getting bad reviews because they do take a while to ship things and sometimes people don't get what they thought they ordered (as is with any online shopping) Just do your research before you buy something and don't expect it to come in quickly.
