Zulily post a charge to your account when you place and order. If they cannot provide the item after an amount of time, like 14-20 days, they return your money. Kind of lame policy. They also offer 1/2 payments where they make and extra penny or two on each 1/2 payment.

They post the charge as soon as your order starts processing (the same day). I know, that doesn't sit too well when you may have wait a couple/several weeks for the item to arrive. If they do not have the item (this does not happen often), they will refund you the money and give you a $10 credit on top of that for your trouble. I have not have had an issue with receiving my items even though they have posted the charge except on those rare occasions and they always are the first to email me that they cannot send and issue me the credits and refunds above.
