I see mostly poor comments for Zulily. I have ordered a few things with OK results but hesitate to do much shopping because if i did have problems with my order I would feel I have no recourse with returns or poor workmanship. How can Zulily reassure their customers to feel comfortable and confidant in shopping in the future.?

The Elizabeth Arden products are great ( that is what I always use) I save a lot and I cannot complain about the wait as it is worth it. I also like the unpadded bras, I do go up a size. If you are really thin, most everything will fit ok. If you are a 10/12 or larger, you will have a problem as the sizing chart is not correct. I am a size 10 and I ordered an X large in a dress they had ( going by the size chart) When the dress arrived, my 9 year old 85 lb grand daughter opened the package and when she held the dress up she was happy thinking I had ordered it for her. I was amazed that the dress was so small that it fit a 9 year old so well in every way including length. I am glad that the dress would be worn and not a total loss. I called and told them about the dress being so small and was surprised that she credited my acct. For the dress and did not ask me to send it back. In store bought dresses I wear a 10. At Zulily I order a XL or a 1X. Read the material content as some items are very thin. I hope this helps some.

Really I can't understand how that they keep getting orders for their products. Poorly made products, service, no warranty etc. unbelievable who would order?

If you have intimate patience... Zulilly is fine. They just take a long time to get your items to you but once they reach you, they are wonderful and inexpensive.

I also began to buy without checking reviews on this site or anywhere else but I was careful to read the policies relating to returns and the time taken for orders to arrive. Being Australian, I always check the international sizing chart. From the outset I decided not to purchase shoes from Zulily ---- I never buy shoes online from local suppliers either. The result? I have bought three pieces of jewellery and ten clothing items (dresses, tops, skirts) at extremely low prices. They are not all top quality (I didn't expect them to be for the amount I paid) but without exception the design is interesting and the patterns pleasingly different. Two pieces of clothing were a mistake. A skirt had waist elastic at least two sizes smaller than the rest of the garment. Customer service was brilliant ---- we had a mutually respectful and open e-mail conversation and I had a refund and voucher within 24 hours. The other disaster was my fault. I had a senior moment and thought I was at least 30 years younger than I am. The offending item has been given to a delighted young friend. I don't think Zulily can do anything else to give you confidence. Trust your own judgement!

I ordered two items. One was the wrong size and the other had a bad dye job--there were white streaks where the dye didn't take. Zulily has a policy of no returns. I made up my mind not to order from them again.

I did not have such good luck with Zullily. There website and pictures are very good. But when I received the goods - they were not good quality. The only way to recifiy that it to give a good service and not make people wait for weeks to receive the order and provide good quality goods and reputation will take it from there - but that takes time. People have long memories with bad service = fact of life i'm afraid.

Beware. If you don't like what you ordered, and chances are you won't, it is not possible to return items.

Clothes I ordered were not of the "75%" or "cost $5" group as has been referenced. I ordered shirts and blouses that were $30-40. They were hopelessly mis-sized. Shoes from manufactures I trust have been okay in general. Home goods--same thing. If it's a brand you know, then get it, if you think it's a great price. Know that getting refunds is akin to entering the 8th circle of hell. I have written to Zulily suggesting they have customer ratings of similar products posted. I can't figure out why they gather the data if they're going to keep it secret from the customers.

I think it strongly depends on the name of the particular producer/seller. But it certainly seems that sizing is all wrong no matter what company. I ordered large for my 5'7" daughter of 'just right' weight (not under or over weight) and it was too small for me: 5'2" and middle-type weight - not under and not over much..

I've personally never had a good experience with Zulily. My problem was with the quality and mis-sizing of everything. I never bothered to return any of it, more hassle than it was worth. I simply do not shop there anymore. If you like their products just know it's a risk

I have not really had any bad experiences with my orders but I can only speak for myself, I suppose. I was hesitant at first to order items with no refund policy, but as I said I have not had a negative experience. Until now. And that is only that I don't have enough money left to buy anything new for a long time!... I don't know if this really helps you, but I have confidence with Zulily... its very obvious when I see how MANY things I have bought! Good luck!
