I have received 2girls dresses for my granddaughters. It is impossible to get these dresses on their bodies. I didn't get a receipt as the package came direct from China. My first order and not happy.

Pretty much every event has a size guide for that particular brand... I would encourage you to use it...

@marion, Sad to hear that. I also have bad experience on purchasing clothes from a unknown brand thats why since then i only buy if i know the brand if not i will seach online if they have a website or if there is a good reviews otherwise i will not risk my money again. Zulily have a bunch of small clothing business company thats mostly unknown brand. I know picture is so good with the price that is really low specially baby clothes. That is why zulily doesnt have a product review page because they know that they can lose money from bad product reviews. Lets admit that they do have a lower price some is unbeatable as i compare to the website brand itself.In my opinion it doesnt really matter if the product is came from china besides zulily packages doesnt put reciepts in the box because the products came from the company brand itself not from zulily as they dont have a warehouse. Zulily order it for you direct to the brand company then the company will send it to you that is why it takes so long. Check their shipping procedure to zulily.com as they explain how your order is being process. Why i know? Because i ask them and they told me and also ask to check the shipping info to their website.In your case, check your purchase history to zulily and see if the product is eligible for returns if not there is nothing you can do and take it as a bad expriences same as me. Call them up and if you are lucky they might give you a store credit. Good luck! Hope you resolve your problem

The only time I ordered from Zulily, when my order FINALLY arrived, at least half the items were too big or too small or just plain awful. However, when you order, you notice that most items are not accepted back for refunds or replacements, at least in my case. You can try to contact them. But I wasn't successful because of their rigid "no refund" policy. I threw the awful stuff away and will NEVER order from this company again!
