I have been trying to reach their customer service but have not been able to reach them on phone. I'm nervous with all this negative report about them if I will ever get my order or my money back.

Just be persistent and firm with what is fair and hopefully eventually you'll get satisfaction.

It should not be a problem to get them on the phone unless they closed down
