Here’s what consumers have asked with answers from Zoosk staff and previous consumers.
Evidently you are not a paid member, they say free, but only to look, no contact unless you pay subscription fee.
I did not have mine connected to facebook, but I complained enough to Zoosk about how bad a site it was and complained on this site, they were happy to get rid of me. Turn the picture around.
It is a scam. So you create a new account, you get inundated with messages from women but you can't read the messages without subscribing. You subscribe and hey presto no more messages and the original message that you received were from ghosts that do not exist and do not reply back. I'm a average to good looking guy (so female friends say) You eventually send out 30 messages tailored to each woman's profile and get maybe 3 replies. You spend your evening talking to the woman who seems really keen, she wishes you goodnight and hopes to speak to you tomorrow. You message her and no response, she's online for a few days and still nothing. Total waste of each others time. From my experience women just crave for the initial attention, very few actually want to go through meeting up or really have a relationship. Very few are lucky enough to meet someone genuine, in my opinion online dating is a waste of time.
Who is online is who is online. ZOOSK doesn't control when people are online Use the search feature to find people near you.
You can cancel your subscription and then deactivate your account, any subscription will be lost and you will be added to the list of mugs that signed up to this pile of crap.
I believe that Zoosk connects you with a woman that you might view. However, she has no interest in you and Zoosk connects you without her knowledge or approval.
I get that, too. I think it is their way a of making more looks happen. I have my search limited to 10-20 miles of my town, but I received chat acceptance from 200 miles away. I never sent out those chat requests, either. Just more gimmicks.
