I have paid for subscription with zoosk; yet at this moment, they do dot recognize my login details, and have no record of my email address. This is the second time I have had a problem of this time. I have contacted them, but have had no reply. Anyone have a similar situation?

It is a scam. I joined for one month. I began to look at reviews on the internet. I cancelled my debit card because they auto bill you a week before your membership end

I have never had this issue. I usually email zoosk and they get back with me. Are you sure you didn't join on a Fake/ fishing site? I do know that they keep profiles that are inactive. So when you are playing carousel and request to meet someone, they could have already deleted their account. This is my first month on Zoosk and I doubt I will join a second month. If I was you, I'd call your credit card company and dispute your membership if you can't get on the site.

Zoosk is owned and operated by Elite dating. Elite dating owns about 30 other dating sites and they all operate the same way and its all automated. Give them a chance to respond back to you with in two days, If you dont hear back from them in that time. Call your bank or credit card company and make a stop payment. But the bottom line is its a scam site.

Not had this problem but they are the worst site EVER! 90% of the profiles are fake. They sent emails out in my name that I did not initiate. Most of the profiles you see are not of members. Call your credit card company, cancel the payment and join POF or OK cupid for free. Also Match.com is good.

Sure-just call them and tell them - they seem to react better to calls; or, use a credit card? Call your credit card company and complain but give Zoosk a chance to respond to you

Beware - some of the times when you type a message the response may not be seen by you unless you refresh the screen

I agree with Walter. The site is a scam... BTW: you aren't missing out on anything, just fake profiles and UPSELL, UPSELL, UPSELL :/ ... contact your credit card company and contest the Zoosk charge because you have a GREAT reason to the charge reversed!
