This is a question for Debra,
I am in the same position as you regarding the "Landlord" living in the UK and wanting to use this company as a third party. My concern is that with the property I am inquiring about, how do I know it is not going to be rented to someone else at the same time and there is no one to sort out this potential delema... do u happen to be inquiring about a place in Kamloops, BC?

Hi there, did you end up getting an answer to your question? We're also inquiring about a 2 bedroom property in Canada with the "landlord" living in the UK wanting to use Zoopla as a third party. We're extremely suspicious!
