I don't want my house details on site, how can I get them removed
Hey guys, so I'm looking at a place in Brampton, Ontario Canada and the landlord/owner lives in the UK for a few years and I'm looking at renting it from him while he is away but I'm pretty suspicious, the deal seems almost too good to be true. How do I know the website won't screw me over and keep my money or charge me or things like that...? Anyone has ever been in a similar situation? Can we trust this site for transactions?
I am renting an apartment in canada. The landlord says he lives in UK, and that I pay zoopla my first and last months rent as a third party... then he takes keys to Zoopla who mail me keys. Is he honest?
This is a question for Debra, I am in the same position as you regarding the "Landlord" living in the UK and wanting to use this company as a third party. My concern is that with the property I am inquiring about, how do I know it is not going to be rented to someone else at the same time and there is no one to sort out this potential delema... do u happen to be inquiring about a place in Kamloops, BC?
