Shenzhen China to your destination. Mine took about 4+ weeks and delivered via USPS. I was very disappointed in their products once they did arrive. Szing was way off and too small for my wife.

They ship from China to California and then are shipped to you, it seems like they ship via a slow boat and then a pony delivers them from California. And if you need to return, make sure you try and do it immediately, if not you will get another canned response from the Rep.
