I placed an order on 10/26/20. Do you think it will come? Should make sure they haven't charged my card? Is this normal? How can I follow up?

I ordered on October 2 ( see my review under L. A.) and they refused to help. I just learned that you can dispute the charges but there's a time limit. The suggestion is that the company is waiting you out until you can't dispute the charges anymore and then there will be nothing you can do about it.

Your card was charged the second you hit the order button. I just went through this with this fraudulent company. It took 2 months to receive a partial order. Still no refund for items not sent... the items that were sent were sized wrong and the material so thin you can see through it. All returns have to go to China... not stated anywhere on their website. This company is fraud from the word go. If you get your order and it is as bad as mine... please file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission... these misleading companies need to go out of business for misleading consumers.

Good luck getting your order. It's been a month since I placed my order and it still hasn't come. When I go to their site and look up my order status I see 1/2 of the order "in transit" and the other 1/2 "Processing"
