I ordered a dvd on August 17,2021. It shipped on August 25th. I have NOT received it! I have left messages with no reply.
I placed an order on March 2 and have yet to receive my order. It is order #68937. I was delighted when I found you had the miniseries I wanted,
WHY the total lack of communication and HOW does this business get to continue taking orders when it's clearly not fulfilling them?
I would like to know when my order of June, 7, 2019 will be delivered? This order was billed to my credit card immediately after I order it.
I would like to know WHEN I can expect the two DVDs I ordered almost two months ago. I credit card was charged immediately but to date no product?
What can be done on my 3 paid orders going back to Dec 2028 and Jan 2019? They are still awaiting shipment. If you can't / won't send refunds are due
I have 3 orders paid for going back to Dec 2018 and Jan 2019 still awaiting shipment. I have sent emails asking for them or refund every month. Help!
Why doesn't Zeus DVDs respond to customer mail? Orders are quickly updated through processing to "Awaiting Shipment" and then everything goes dark.

I don't think he's a thief. I think he's just in over his head with too many orders to fill and not enough time or help to fill them. If he could guarantee that he could fill the orders, I might give him another chance. There are about a dozen titles I am seeking. But most companies don't charge your credit card until the order is shipped. He charges your card the day of the order and then you never hear from him again. He needs someone to advise and help him run his business correctly and smoothly.
