First rule of thumb. Don't do business with a company without a phone number and address published on their web site. Zeetron flunks in both cases. Just send them an e-mail asking who their suppliers are for their parts? For the Iphone it should be one of the companies listed here: http://texyt.com/iphone+manufacturer+supplier+assembler+not+apple+00113. But they won't answer you. If you get no response before making a sale what makes you think they will answer after the sale. What these guys don't know about customer service could be a great Harvard Business School case. Don't take my word for it, check the Better Business Bureau who rates them an "F." Amazon who sells their stuff should be ashamed of themselves.

I believe that this company Zeetron Inc doesn't perform the way people say they do. I have had nothing but problems and lies and no answers or replies since I purchased a Iphone glass repair kit. I would not recommend dealing with this company unless you could physically walk in and purchase the product and walk out with it. This Company really needs to learn proper business etiquette.

I agree! Totally scam artist! They have had my iphone for 14 days and say they never received it. Post office says it was signed for on March 12! Luckily, I insured the package and should recover at least the value of the phone. Everthing is always such a hassle and this company does not do what they promise! STAY AWAY!

I'm looking for my package and they gave me a tracking number, is it fake? Or what company do they use for shipping

This company is very dishonest. I shipped them my 3gs iphone after being told they would repair and return once they recieved it within 6 hrs. 4 days later after repeated emails and no answers on calls, they finally pick up. They stated they were no longer in the repair business and wanted me to purchase parts to fix my own phone. When I refused and asked for my phone back and a refund for the repair bill, they gave me a hard time and stated they would send back phone by taking the shipping bill out of my payment made. Its been 22 days since I sent in my phone and I'm still waiting! These guys are con artist. I have reported them to the U.S. Postal Inspection Bureau and the Better Business Bureau. Buyers be ware, this company is fraudulent. They even changed their 800 number.
