I ordered 1 t shirt 2 weeks ago and received an email confirmation. since then nothing. no t-shirt, no communication from zazzle and their customer service is an impenetrable fortress. called for the third time today and gave up after holding for 25 minutes. is this even a legit company? at this point i would just like to get my money back
