I am so not happy! i paid extra for express delivery and it's still not here. it was to be a xmas gift. i tried to email and it got bounced back. i tried to ring and it said the number was disconnected. i went on their site to send an email and surprise surprise! can't send it! will never order from this company again unless i get some sort of satisfactory reply and recompense.
