Hi Michael, You don't need to sign up to use our free service. Just convert your files using the 4-step tool on our website (www.zamzar.co.uk). There's no need to create an account. If you need any help, feel free to email support@zamzar.com and we'll try to help. Thanks, the Zamzar team.
