Why are there so many negative complaints about Zaful?

Well I've been waiting since August for a kimono I wanted for a holiday in October... I'm still waiting even after 5 emails so I've given up now I wouldn't ever order anything from them again.

Because customers like myself is not happy with their service. I have ordered a dress since Sep 8 and to date I have not received it despite numerous attempts to contact them and constantly getting a generic response. Pls read reviews before deciding to purchase from them. In that way you will not be in for any surprise.

Because 2 of my 3 items were significantly not as described, and the 3rd never arrived (3 full months later). I just finished reporting a claim through paypal, who refunded my money after an investigation. So even paypal believes they're absolute $#*!. None of their clothes that they send are the pictures on the website. You get what you pay for.

Buyer beware. I ordered a dress that hadn't arrived in 6 weeks so I talked to someone on their chat who told me to give it more time. 2 weeks later I tried again, and this time chat was off line and when I tried to email them the "verification code" would not work. I've wasted hard earned money and time on this site. They suck you in with great photos and cute styles, as well as too good to be true. My only recourse is to warn others. It isd a scam.

They happily take your money and you never receive anything in return. You try to contact them and they are always off line

Because they are s. T! If you have ordered and do not receive my advise is to keep pestering them via email. I did and eventually got a refund for item that didn't arrive. The three that did arrive went straight to charity shop. Everyone can't be wrong!

I actually disputed my charge with PayPal since I never received my merchandise. Unfortunately I didn't check reviews prior to ordering or I would never have done so. I how that not getting the merchandise warrants a negative review. Kim

I'm not the most experienced shopper, because I've only ordered one thing. I chose free shipping and the item was less than $20. I figured for that price, I'd take my chances. It did take awhile to get here - probably 5 weeks, but when it did, I was beyond thrilled. It's beautiful and fits perfectly.

I took a chance last week and ordered a dress. If it's wonderful, I plan to wear it to my art opening next week. If not, I'm out only $25. This time I paid for expedited shipping. So, we'll see. Love the styles and the prices!
