Hi. I didn't look up reviews until after I ordered so I was really worried. I did get all my stuff in a few weeks. I don't think they're a scam or anything but their stuff isntvthe best quality I guess but I like everything I bought. Except their clothes are tiny so buy a couple sizes bigger. If you're over about 140 lbs it might not fit. There was a big hole in the lace on my dress but there's so much material in the skirt that it's not really noticeable. All in all I'm pretty happy because my clothes I don't know where I could've found in a store for the price and I probably would've had to drive around to a bunch of stores to find the variety of styles. Maybe I got lucky, I don't know. I got a couple of dresses, tops and skirts. I think I got cheap jewelry too but I'm not sure (I buy a lot online and might've got the jewelry somewhere else) I do agree that they use fake reviews. They almost ALL say the item is "comfy" Lol. Sometimes it obviously doesn't even fit the item.

Be afraid! The site is bait and switch! They trick you with low prices on beautiful flowing cloths. What you see pictured IS NOT WHAT YOU'LL GET! Example - I bought a lovely looking silk velvet shirt/dress (152685503 "Cozy Velvet Long Sleeve Shirt Dress"). What I GOT was a munchkin sized polyester velour "renaissance faire" looking collared shirt. The sleeves landed on my fore arms and there was absolutely no drape to the fabric, like it was pictured.
I also purchased several "faux wool" coats. Acording to zafuls size chart, I ordered them 2 sizes OVER my normal because I suspected they ran small. What I got was 2XL that was more like a US Juniors medium. The fabric and cut was not the same is pictured. I paid $40 for the coats. I received something I could buy at Target for $18.

You should be scared! PASS from someone who knows!

Do not order. There are so many other places you can order from that are honest. This company is not and will steal your money while you are waiting and waiting for your order then finally give up!

I really did like everything I ordered from Zaful and no, I am not "lying", as others have accused those who post favorable comments. Shipping does take 2 to 3 weeks, but as long as you're not buying for a birthday, special occasion or holiday that's just days away, it's worth the wait. We are so used to prime shipping services that we want everything delivered in two days. I didn't mind waiting -- I got a lot of value for the money. I could have spent five times that in department stores or at mall retailers. If you're trying to re-create a high end, trendy look but don't have the money to buy your clothes at Nordstrom or Saks, Zaful is terrific.

The website photos were very representative of the items I received. I was very pleased overall and just placed another order today.

I ordered a dress and a skirt, I wear a size zero and a small wouldn't fit me. It took 2 MONTHS for me to recieve my packages(they sent them separately even though I ordered them at the same time). There is NO customer service and NO way to track your package. Both items I received looked absolutely nothing like the photos and the skirt had a big hole in it. It's so cheaply made its unbelievable. I've never seen such poorly made clothes ever. It's total garbage. The whole thing is a scam and anyone that says it's not is lying. Don't spend your money there, it's a nightmare.

I would not be worried. I just got my first order today. It just takes them a very long time to get it to you (like 3-4 weeks after ordering). If you get concerned you can always email them asking what is going on, they got back to me multiple times and every time within 24 hours.

I have never received my order from Zaful.
