They instruct you to fill out a form for return and upload photos. Then when you finish it gives you a code to submit and I tried 4 times to submit and each time the website says the code was not accepted. I think they set it up this way to just get your money for an inferior product. Also you have to cover the cost of the return which is to China which I doubt is worth it. I have told everyone I know how bad Zaful is

They do not have a number that anyone answers for anything at all. I was basically just stuck with two items I can't wear. The number on their site is basically fake, I think to make it appear that the company is legit but no one ever answers it and there is no voicemail or anything set it. I would just pretend like you are going to buy something, request a chat and tell the sales person you want a refund. My guess is that she won't help you and will tell you to submit a ticket that never really gets responded to. It's very generic, like the same response to every ticket. Hope this helps, sorry.

I don't know i read some where they are in Texas but didn't come any further then that. However i did get in contact with them thru live chat. It took me a few afforts but when you do get a live chat. They are helpfull. For example i am still waiting for 1 item and wonderd if it was still coming. It turned out that it was not in stock but would-be again in 2weeks. Now that is something that they could improve on by letting the customer know by email, that would safe a lot of frustration! I was given the choise to cancell of pick a other item or to wait,
