Don't you worry I have been in the same situation some weeks ago and I thought that it was not going to arrived in my house, but I tried To contact the zaful service of help and they have told me that I had to wait so I did it and in 2 weeks more of waiting it finally arrived, you must be patient and contact your local post office to see if they have it.
Try and get your money back. They are terrible. Sizing too small and quality poor. And that's IF you even get it in the mail.
