They are true the product is nasty and nothing like the pictures

I really hope it works for you Sheila but my one (and only) experience with this site is that the items do not represent what is on the site. They are very bad knockoffs and expensive for the quality. My dress was actually completely different to what was on the site.

If you get your dress. This company doesn't care. They are a fraud.

It's been a nightmare and have never experienced anything like this. I order things all the time online and have never been had trouble with receiving an order or been treated this way! I have yet to receive my order after two months. The dress I purchased was purchased to wear while I am pregnant and I am now over 8 months pregnant and no dress still! I would stay away!

Many of us are in limbo. It is not right. On Amazon I have ordered stuff from China that did not take any longer than 2 weeks. If you want to place an order after reading all of our reviews, by all means go ahead.

Read the reviews and my experience. Good luck. I would look elsewhere. I ordered $300 worth of clothes and it was a disaster. Spend your money, time and energy on any other site.

The red tape & email mess & time spent to get my money returned was not worth it. Try anyone else who sends a return shipping tag with every order (like ASOS).

The product was nothing like what the website shown, sized were so small & short looks like kids size, with very cheap material totally waste of money!

I got my dress, but very late. It looked similar to website picture but I had to get it altered to fit correctly! I'm a size 12 so the fit was good but way too long! I'm happy with it now but would think twice about using zaful again.

Poor quality, poor service and poor communication. Eventually got my money back for item never recieved but will never look at site again. Clothes tha arrived were cheap tat and not as picture. Please do not buy from them... It would be quicker to throw your money down a drain,,,

It was not a good experience. Never received my order and was refused a refund until I published the negative review.

Good luck receiving your purchase and if you do receive your dress expect bad quality ripoff. They have blocked me on Facebook and don't reply to my emails. These website should be reported to the authorities bloody scammers!
