I have an order that shows it was shipped out November 14th, 2015. I reached out to the shipping company DHL, and was advised by a DHL representative that my item had not been received by DHL. I am trying to locate the status of my package. The phone number for Zaful on its website, states it not connected... and when trying to Live chat from the website... I eventually received a message stating all reps were busy.
Is this site truly scamming customers?

Do what I did and write bad reviews everywhere possible... after 2 months and countless messages to and from the company they gave me my money back... indeed they are crooks...

I got my refund by threatening to call the Better Business Bureau and blogging about what a dishonest company this is. I will never order from them again!

Zaful gives you several shipping methods and include an option to track your package and get insurance. If you take the free option and they send it on a slow boat from China, that is your choice. So far I have received all my orders. I live in the USA and choose "standard" which includes tracking. As far as quality, what do you expect at these prices? Designer high end goods? I think not. These are trendy fashions. Don't expect Dior, and you won't be disappointed.

I know it isn't a lot of money the get from each first sucker (mine was 21.99), multiplied by thousand of suckers, they make millions. Let it be a lesson learned and keep spreading the word and raising the flag until we knock the scammers such as Zaful.com down once and for all.
